Captain C got glasses this week. Well, we ordered them and they will be in early next week. He doesn't have to wear them all the time but is slightly nearsighted so these first glasses will help him get used to wearing them in case he needs them worse later.
Anyway, it has me thinking about eyes....
I considered photoshopping my dark circles and wrinkles but decided to leave it be.....And go take a nap!
Last minute, but I did it. We took these earlier today but had to leave and just got back so I could post them. As usual, I couldn't pick just one....and as usual, it is my blog so I can break the "rules" if I want to ;)
Our wonderful neighbors brought the kids super cool Easter baskets last week and they had these tubes of bubbles that are different colors and scents. The kids love them. Tricky T wanted us to try to mix the flavors...not sure if it worked but it was fun trying.
I thought I would throw in a couple of Big T this post. He was out planting some bulbs this week and Princess P was working right along side him. I had to grab the camera because it looked so cute. She took her work very seriously and was excited to help. One thing I will remember about these years with P is that she is always wanting to help. No matter what we are doing around the house, she is helping - we enjoy the individual time with her and enjoy hearing what she has to say (which is normally a lot!).
I had planned to do a picture with Captain C this week but he has a big bruise on his head that I didn't think he would want to remember (he hit his head on the computer when he bend over to get a shoe - OUCH!). Next week is his turn....I am trying to keep it even ;)
Captain C has karate tonight and my session was canceled due to a freak storm that popped up so it is just me and the little two home tonight. We were playing around doing "interviews" with the little camera and then snapped a couple of silly shots "high school style" (aka...arms out as far as you can and hope you get faces in the picture ;)).
Tricky T has been in a "no kissing" phase for a while. If you happen to sneak a kiss in, he promptly wipes it off. He says kisses are "girly". One day he will know differently. Until then, I will continue to sneak them. BTW, he doesn't wipe them off when he sleeps - shhhhh...don't tell him ;)
