Working for myself, I was feeling kinda jipped on the whole Boss' Day thing. Until I remembered that as a Christian, I don't actually just work for myself, do I?

Tricky T has been having a lot of trouble wanting to do school lately. He doesn't have trouble with the actual work, just with stopping playing to DO the work. Today has been a great day though. He has done everything I have asked him, and no tears were shed! (Thank the Lord for small miracles!)

Ok, I made that up. But I was looking at our Fair pics this year and found one that "matched" last year's pics.

Different: Last year, we saw Mercy Me, this year it was Third Day. (both were awesome, btw)
Same: T and P are wearing the same sweatshirts (T is on the ground in this year's pic but you can see his hood).
Different: CAPTAIN C! Good night, Nellie. He has grown this year! Yikes!!

I decided to fill the frame today with one of my favorite fall treats...caramel apples. They are better with Granny Smith apples but this is all we have right now so it will have to do for the picture. YUM!
