I have totally neglected this blog the past few weeks and have lots of great excuses:
1 -We went on vacation for a week....had a blast with my parents, sisters, brother-in-laws, nieces, and nephews. Great, relaxing week but no blogging involved.
2 - We finished up the school year leaving me with a future Kindergartener, 2nd grader, and 5th grader, oh my! We are still going to be doing some schooling this summer but slowing it way down. We did start Latin a couple of weeks ago and love hearing the kids actually using some of it. Yesterday, Princess P started in singing, "We cry sanctus, sanctus, sanctus" (sanctus=holy). Or having Tricky T start a prayer with "Oremus" (meaning "Let us pray"). We also ordered a new fun science book to do this summer full of experiments and of course, keeping up practicing math and reading so they don't have to "catch up" when we start again in the fall.
3 - Business is crazy busy still. Such a huge blessing...but it does cut into my blogging time ;o)
4 - We bought a motorhome. Oh yes, neighbors, that thing is staying! It ain't pretty...but it's all ours. We are SO excited to take our first little adventure in it in a few weeks. We have been looking for...well, years!...and finally found one cheap enough to not be too much of a risk. We are looking forward to making great memories with the kids. However, again, cleaning the old girl up is cutting into my blogging time too!
5 - the bottom line is
Don't give up on me...I'll be back!

Love it! Keep on living and blog later!!
Cute picture!
Summer does cut into the blogging time.
Congrats on the motor home.
Does your neighborhood not have an HOA? We can't have anything out for more than 72 hrs in our hood.
Courtney and her cousin, Dalton, are getting ready to go with their grandparents in their motor home for two weeks. They are traveling up to Yellowstone and Mt. Rushmore and some other places along the way. She's really excited.
You all will create some great memories in it!
No rules around here! We have a slab next to the house so it is pulled up...almost totally beside the house. If it bugs us too much, we will get rid of the shed there and pull it all the way back. The kids just lose their basketball "court" ;) Courtney will have so much fun on that trip - wow!
