After I became a parent, I had a greater understanding of God's unconditional love. As God's children, we mess up....a lot....and yet He still loves us completely, just like I still love my children completely, even when they mess up.
Today, I am thankful for the unconditional love of my Father in heaven and of my children. As a parent, I also mess up...a lot...and yet they still love me unconditionally too. I am so thankful for that.

So true! Not only do the kids love us unconditionally, but they - just like God - think we're beautiful in our sweats and off-center ponytails. Great post!
